I hate this bit!

Started this morning at 8.30, just finished 1st coat now.....surgical gloves + builders gloves = not one blue speck on my hands ;D

Might be wise to take the plastic foot wells out if you can. I did has I think water will seep under the plastic and that's probably were most of any rust problems may start.

I used bathroom sealant to fill gap between body and plastic, do you think that will be OK, if not I'll prob do what you have done.

Not sure LEE, but for the sake of a couple of screws or plastic clips I would protect under the footwells.

Thats if they are easy to remove.

It`s best to unscrew he plastic step thingy so you can get right under it,water will go straight under that plastic step if not.

Me and a mate are going to purefreedom Thurs dropping van off, night on the town in Cleethorpes ( anyone recommend any good pubs) pick it up friday and drive home.
