Ford Fiesta

I have just cleaned a 3 pc suite and Lounge carpet when i gave the customer the bill, she said would you like a ford fiesta instead.
R Reg, 7 months MOT, Tax run out today she has just bought a new car and the garage were only offering £100 PX, i took the keys had a good look round had a drive up street seems perfect so i took it. Gonna give it a clean and up for sale for £400 ono
Not a bad day, 1st time anything like this has ever happened.
Bit surprised just thought id share it with you guys.

Not as spectacular as you Mark but I have been paid with a TV, a lawnmower and a treadmill to allow me to ride my road bicycle as an exercise bike.(three separate jobs for the same customer.)

Another customer who was a butcher paid me in meat instead.

cleaned the house carpets of a dominoes pizza franchisee today, 1 an half hours work, £80 and 3 vouchers for any large pizza off the menu, woohoooooooo, 3 dominoes stuffed crust dominator large pizza's please, with every topping youve got thank you very much, hold the olives. ;D

Bit different, but i tiled a bathroom for a guy who owned an Indian takeaway, when i finished he wanted to pay in takeaways...As the bill was £800 i declined and took the money  ;D

did 14 hours work yesterday,left house at 7.30 am and  finished at 9.30 pm, with the odd half hour inbetween.  can honestly say i'm knacked (and i'm off to do a suite in 2 hours time arggggh)called in at dominoes on the way home after my longest day, doesn't food taste so much nicer when its freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. had to pay for the chips cheese and mayo from next door though. deeeeeeelicious.
