IF you decide on home use, as Paul says, nail varnish remover. Non oily is preferred. Apply indirectly with a cloth. This will be a very slow process. DO NOT rush. Do not wipe or rub. Dab and blot only. Rinse with water and a little shampoo regularly. A significant spillage could take you all day, but may still not be as good as professional 's result.
Ventilate the room well as the acetone vapours can become a problem. Take many fresh air breaks.
