The maximum standard model we sell is the 48' this reaches approx 52' when held at about chest height.
This should be good for most four floor buildings.
Some customers have purchased extra tubes to take the guttervac up to 60' after they have  mastered the 48' model.
The tubes are semi modular and come in pairs so adding extra tubes is no problem.

Hi Mr H

The high pressure PowerPoles are a two man job - over 36' when jetting.
Some times the guttervac poles may also be a two man operation in certain situations eg. if you cannot rest part of the pole on the gutter area to give you support- the sdame as the glass gives support to a wfp.

Hi Steve
can you call us on Monday as I dont think advertising prices from suppliers is allowed.
