How long do you think they will take you to clean?

well there are 3 sites one with 7 one with 4 and one with 4 and they are each about 30 min drive from me... the prob is they cannot be charged at the same rate as  house conservatory cleans as these are 2 weekly and monthly. i was thinking for the smaller ones around the £20.00 mark and larger ones around 30.00 -35.00 but it still means they will be paying like 400 a fortnight or 800 a month which seems like loads

if / when they ask you to do the roofs, if they are inside keep in mind the dust on them, i do 1 local to me and the roofs takes ages to do

Would you get them all clean in a day ? if so then charge them what you want per day rate it will be cheaper for them and you get what you want and an extra days work in one hit cant be bad, you could always ask them what they are looking to pay, i does work sometimes ;)

you mention 20 quid for the smaller unit, for me thats too cheap, though i guess as its every 2 weeks, they will not get that dirty, the only concearn i would have is they have said every 2 weeks, this will get stretched to monthly, then 6 weeks, as time sget harder for them, they will cut down on the visits you make, so price it well

I did some at a diy store before   if you are working outside and cleaning all roofs the job will be a doddle with wfp, so I think the prices you mentioned maybe a tad high....but hey I,m from up North  and own half a dozen whippets! ;)

ps my main concern with this job would be to get your cash,I,d imagine in that line of business things would be very slow at the moment.

cheers povey.
