what about using Rotovac 360 for tile and grout like this site says http://www.worldofclean.co.uk/index.php?productID=577

Quote "The Rotovac 360 does not require a special high pressure portable extractor to clean tile and grout. The Rotovac 360 Tile and Grout head uses a combination of rotary nylon cleaning brush bristles, spray jets and vacuum slots to thoroughly clean tile and grout. The Rotovac 360 works with any portable extractor - from a standard 100 psi portable, to the Scorpion XPS, Masterforce 1200 or the largest truck mount."

I wonder what the results are like.

I too cant see a t&g video with the RV360,must have been the other spinner that I had seen.

However, using the right cleaning fluid, agitation, and heat from water, plus the suction, I cant see why the RV360 should not be able to do what it says it will do.
If you notice on the websit eyou showed the link to, the t&g attachement had nylon brushes to do the agitation.

There is a vid on You Tube of a carpet being cleaned in a Chineese or Indian restaurant using the RV360 and it was eating thro it.

Steve Carpenter who is taking the course is a top guy - knows his stuff and knows the products he will be using.
I went on a spot and stain course last summer from Solutions and he was the one taking the course so have heard him first hand.

Im booked on the course and have booked into a motel the night before, dont fancy driving from 5.30am then concentrating for a full day.
Anyone want to know details of the motel, normally £59 per night but there is a simple way to get it for under £30 inc vat and continental breakfast.
Stayed at this place when I did the NCCA course. - good pub grub for evening meal as well.

There is also a Commercial carpet cleaning course early April as well.

Heres the link Chris

http://www.innkeeperslodge.com/lodgedetail.asp?lid=71

from this page click on availability
enter the date you want to stay ie 23rd March
it will give you the normal rate (£55) and the discounted rate (£29.31).
Note its because you are booking in advance and the fact once booked there is no refund - so make sure you on the course first.
Its a very nice group of motels - I have stayed in the Leicester one before and also one in Chester le Street. Excellant accomodation - good sized rooms and very clean, and a good breakfast (even if it is continental)
