Hi Mark

Both, cost depend on whether you are AllergSTOP® Authorised or not

Nick ,

Not sure what you mean authorised.

Do you mean only certain customers can buy it.?

I would have thought it made sense, if you are authorised yes you can buy at a lower price you can also use the registered name and logo, amongst other things The authorisation incorporates training, test equipment, website and national advertising and technical support. Those not Athorised can still purchase the product but at a higher charge, they cannot use the name or registered logo. And before you ask yes this is deliberate, only 60-70 will be licences this year.  We feel the trianing and correct advertising / promotion is a very important issue as many misleading claims are made regarding products currently sold.

I knew what you meant but setting it out in laymen’s term is helpful  ;D ;D

Food for thought NCCA has had problems with miss use of their logo or trained by! This loophole needs to be covered.

Hi Len

I know what you mean, but I don't have a committee to process before taking action for illegal use of the name and/or the logo. Having inveted very heavily in world patent, licence and registered logo. I will protect it, and the Authorised companies. As I am sure you would expect.
