is there not a possible merging, overlapping here of two topics.
1.) ukcarpetcleaning- a very good framework website, that seems to have a concrete foundation.
2.) and the discussions about a national consortium pseudio set up to have a larger voice and therefore a foot in the door to win business.
or i might just be me reading it wrong.
if it all works then its fantastic, but committment is the key to your success.
