Ken Wainwright - Can you help!!
« on: January 15, 2009, 12:26:02 pm »
Hi Ken

I think you use the same chem as I do, Chemspec DFC105.

I have a commercial customer and they are asking about the product used, I gave them the MSDS sheet for the cleaning solution, pointed out it's green seal approved but they are asking what ingredients are used. Having scoured the web I can't find anything do you know the ingredients of the product?

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks

Paul

Best I can find is ...............derived from plant extracts, corn and palm. That's from Chemspecs site, they also state " the product has been passed by the FDA in America, as  safe for consumption " and getting FDA approval, is no mean feat!

Hi Paul

You need to search the Chemspec US site for this information

http://www.chemspecworld.com/fileshare/product_sheets//dfc/DFC_105.pdf

If your customer is a little confused by the information, just remind them that technical information demands technical names, so "dairy extract" isn't good enough, hence Sodium Lactate etc. etc.

Safe and happy cleaning :)
