wooden frames

I've got an house to do tommorrow, my first one with brown wooden frames, i do all my work wfp so was wondering do you still scrub the wooden frames like u do upvc frames or will it damage the wood or take the paint off ??? ???

if it needs a paint or it has been painted badly with terrible paint, then it may take it off.

as wood is pourus and may hold a load of dirt make shure the glass gets a good rinse

No. Unless they are pained wood. I have alot of these jobs in some areas of my round and unless it's painted don't waste your time. I do scrub the cobwebs away though. There will be loads of them. Unless it's too cold for spiders now?
