Well I have a minimum charge of £10 for domestic and don't consider I'm ripping anyone off.  In fact, some of my older £10 jobs are getting a very good deal IMO.  I would charge £10 for the type of job you mention.  It's not like I hold a gun to their heads.

maybe you should consider moving!!
Exactly or travel a bit more,don`t S*** on your own doorstep or charge to much on it.

set off for work at 0750 and cleaning at 0800, get rained off and i can be home having a brew 5 mins later, and back at work 5 mins after it fining up why would i swop that
