My machine is the same as the Thermopure it`s a thermo top c webasto heater,on the ionic system they just have the temp adjuster etc on the top of the unit where`s i have mine at the side.On really cold days like today i just have the water so that it`s warm to touch enough so that hoses are floppy and s o that it dosen`t freeze on the glass, even at that low temp it still steams at the brush but without the worry of cracking glass. At about 10.00 this morning i had it almost full heat on UPVC windows and it was drying almost instantly.

V8edd,

We've ran it on hot ever since getting it earlier this year, never broken a window due to temperature of water, we broke one in September but that was because he tripped whilst using a 60ft pole and smashed a georgian window on the third floor.

We ran it right through the cold spell at the beginning of the month, out at 06:30 on commercial work without any problems (touch wood!!!!)

I've got photos of the system and them cleaning but cannot upload them onto this site due to the size of them, if your email address is on your profile I'll try emailing them across to you.

Worked most of today on hot without any problems and the outside air temp has never been above zero, mostly around -1.5 deg c.

Did you get the photo's?  I emailed them to you yesterday
