You've got a few options available to you

1) Envirodri/Host/Duo using micro sponges
2) Rotary
3) Heated rotary such as Dry Fusion/Thermadry.

All three can do the job but out of the three i'd say that the Heated Rotary is my favourite. It's great on low profile carpets and leaves them practically dry which can be important if cleaning offices.
Unfortunately it's not the cheapest option and unless you're lucky enough to get a second hand machine you'll be looking at spending about 2 grand.

The cheapest option is the rotary and there are plenty of people on this forum who use this method with great results. There are plenty of second hand machines on ebay which you can pick up for less than £200.

The easiest machine to use will be the Envirodri/Host/Duo option as the rotaries take some getting used to.
