Just had an official looking letter from
www.    business internet directory   .com.

It would appear that they are getting their info by going through Yellow pages books.

On the back of the letter was a whole (A4) page of conditions, which seemed strange for a "free" directory.

When I put "business internet directory" into Google there are loads of very dissatisfied customers posting on blogs and forums.

It would appear that people are being guided into a verbal contract with these people. Might be one to give a miss.

Watch yourselves.

Sometimes I say to them. your'e talking to the wrong person, hang on I'll just get Sam for you" Then I hand the phone to my 5 year old son Sam who normally tells them about transformers or power rangers. He loves to talk. I think they have trouble getting off the phone because most folks won't be rude to a young pup.
