does anyone use pre spray gold, if so what do you use to rinse or extraction clean with it, cheers

I use it sometimes on wool and use Hydramaster clearwater acid rinse to extract.

I use it too,only prob i have found with it is that it crystalizes when it gets cold in the van,and no way of getting it back to normal.

I use it on trashed upholstery if i cant get a result with Pureclean. I always rinse with fabric and fibre.

I only use it now when I've got a wool berber to do and I don't want to go mad with the sebo duo.

I know some others find this too, but for some reason it's the only pre spray that gets me a bit chesty.

Does it need to be acid rinsed. It's not far from being neutral already? Firbe rinse is around PH 4. I know you don't want to leave carpets with a high alkaline residue. But surely a good rinse with water only is more likley to return the carpet to ph neutral than rinsing with acid at ph 4. I thought the whole idea of rinsing was to not leave a residue. When you put something like that in the tank how can you claim to be rinsing properly. Shouldn't there be another step to remove the acid from the carpet.


I have a few issues with the acid rinse concept.
We all do because we have been told it is the right thing to do. But surely the only reason to ever rinse with an acid would be if you know you won't be rinsing thoroughly enough to remove away your prespray.

I have found since having a TM customers don't have things cleaned as often because of its flushing power, infact my new TM flushes even better as it has a far higher flow rate! as for residue I don't think I leave any noticable amount my prefered rinse is liquid formula 90 at approx 2000-1.

I use it in my porty the stuff is great i put 70ml in my solution tank i think my tank holds 42 litres always great results.
