We use washing up liquid with some bleach in a shurflo backpack. We use telescopic poles and use the backpack on the lowest setting and just work away. Rinse off with customers garden hose or pure water if no hose. Quick and easy and comes up a treat. I have just bought liquid detergent from aldi but have not tried it yet, hopefully it will be even better and wont have to use any bleach.
