I quite enjoy delivering them, then if i see a house i dont want to put a leaflet through then i dont. Get up a hour earlier and deliver some before your first job, keep your overheads down do it yourself.

hi i pay now 25 for a 1000,but because he also does it for someone else i know which pays 30 for  1000.so he does 1000 for me and 1000 for this other guy.which together is 55.in my opinion it's still not enough.i was doing leaflets myself when i first started and  use to do about 1000 in 6-8 hours depending on the area.also it's not easy as it looks.for some one to do make it worth needs 3 sets of differnt leaflets.that will mean about 80-90 pounds.so i'm wondering know who's doing it for 25 or even 35 per 1000 do they really deliver all of them.well i wouldn't for 25 in 6-8 hours because it'sj ust not worthing and at the end of the day u feel terrible.

I get royal mail to do mine, £36.00 per thousand for new customers for around 6 months. Minimum spend per campaign is £500.00. I have been doing some myself but I get royal mail to do the city, sorry too many stairs and apartment doors.

One beauty of doing it yourself is you waste less by not putting them through letter boxes you know wont do any good for you. Like empty houses, the ones that makes you happy you don't live on that road, the ones that could force dulux into bankruptcy and the ones that have no letter box just an open door. Doing it myself opened my eyes, I would not let royal mail do certain areas as you are bound to loose out on half your flyers.

Im £10 per thousand as well!! I know the guy who delivers them and mine goes out with 2 or 3 others (never solus). I get quite a few jobs from them as well so it is my best form of mrketing by far!

Ive often been tempted to have a word with the supervisers you see in the Amaco vans to see if they would be interested in doing a private deal with me. Has anyone else tried this?
