Just wanted to say a big thank you to Geoff from Ferriby Carpet & Upholstery Care and Mike Halliday for taking time out with me on a sunny day in Hull yesterday.

To Geoff for showing me the excellent Cimex-encap cleaning system it was very impressive and also for all the advise, it's all going to be put to use, so thanks Geoff.

Mike Halliday for all the sales techniques and taking me on a job in the afternoon, Mike has a very impressive self built truck mount that has almost as much power as my Powerflite portable!!  : Actually the power was phenominal, I had a go with it on the lounge carpet at Mikes customer and after a few minutes the room started looking like a sauna parlour filling up with steam - I hadn't got the suction switched on - oops!!

Paul I was hoping you'd mention doing a full 2 bed house in 80mins ( and this was after I took you outside and said we'd have to slow down otherwise we'll finish too quick)

and getting paid £150 (£120ish an hour)

you need to find out if you can use a normal glided wand with your machine, so much easier
