GUys, this is where the NCCA should step in and try and counter this sort of misleading advertising, Rug Doctor, Vannish and the dreaded 1001 are all dangerous to Carpets and the NCCA do nothing about this.
This should be the most important thing they do, it will help CC's and stop customers from screwing their carpets up,
It would be the best 50 grand the NCCA could ever spend, I am sure that members would pay more in membership if this sort of campaign was available and more people would join.
