With the credit crunch and the SERVICE INDUSTRY getting the brunt of the ression according to the news....will the 50plus mins charge drop them when the work slows down
?
Rip off ENGLAND....thats what ws said a few years ago........
If a plumber comes out to stop a leaking tap and charges 30per hour min charge.....how can you expect to get 50plus for cleaning a carpet stain?
?
Yes its good to do less work for more money but thats what caused this in the banking Industry also....charge more have less customers.......and look at the state of the banks now!!!
Just a thought really
And its funny that some of the people that do charge under the £50 mark have more than one VAN on the road...does that not tell you something

Mine is £45, though I get very few jobs at minimum rates and this wouls only be for a smalll kitchen or a rug. However as most of my work is repeats, if a customer calls because of an accident, like a drink spilage, I will often do it for nothing.
