hi all can any body tell me the best control valve to use between my pole hose and my reel of microbore thanks andy

I use a trigger on a couple of my poles and flow control valve on other i use these

The top one's i use but may get the one's underneath next time to try out

I use these, two tiewraps to the pole, best thing since the water fed pole, you save so much water.
