risk assessments

Have picked up a job at a large factory and they have asked me to complete a risk assesment.
Does anyone have a template for this, It would be greatley appreciated.

There's a Risk Assessment example in the new PAS86. If you don't have a copy, google risk assessment template as a starting point.

Hunts cleaning,
I have e-mailed you some attatchments to print off, 1 of them is a risk assessment on A4.

I'm sure there are templates knocking about on HSE site or similar for FREE.
