I ain’t no fortunate one
« on: September 25, 2008, 03:45:38 pm »
Do you ever get one of those day where everything is going against you, that was this morning for me. I closed my door and my wing mirror fell off, Had to pay £9 for a new one, and lost 30 mins going and buying and fitting it. Also My ladders spilt unexpectedly, and I dropped the top tier. I was lucky there though that could have been worse, no serious damage on them and it was in a garden away from anything expensive like a porche say.

However things did brighten up a little in the afternoon, and I managed to do what should have taken me upto 6pm, 2.5 hours quicker, so not bad after all.

2.5 hrs quicker, you must be moving pretty slow normally or took some illegal substance today to speed up :) ;D

I have sarted squeegee'ing with both hands, one applicator and other squeegee'ing off. Great way to improve you speed, but never really had the skill to do it before, takes a while to get the nack of it, but now I am doing it all the time.

Well I think thats what it is any way.

Your ladder split? What kind of a rubbish ladder was that?  :D

Its supposed to, you can take it apart and use each section on its own but I couldn't have put in back in the grove right on one side so when I went to slide it up, for the next one it slid out completely. It is a pretty good ladder, and for the price tag it should be as well.

You never had any days like that Tim, where you think nothing is going your way?
