Ionics trade mark
« on: September 25, 2008, 06:13:57 pm »
I'm not going to get in to a battle with this thread But being ill for the last few days Man flue! i have been bored reading trade marks on the web gov sites and others.
It would seem that once a phrase, name (reach and wash)becomes common use for a product that it loses it's right to trade mark status.
I would like to point out that i'm not about to use this phrase as i have my own design in mind but was wondering you thoughts on this subject.
It's just that most people i meet refer to the wfp as reach and wash.
