prochem cant get heat n run parts

Just took my heat n run in for repairs only 3 years old and told prochem no longer do the element for it.Any ideas as I dont want to splash out on a new unit,but I really need the heated solution.Stevie.Took it to dowden and plumber.

I had the same problem a few months back, i was told the same as you by the company that serviced my equipment at that time.
I rang Prochem direct and asked if this was the case and the response was that, they can get hold of the elements from America, unfortunately the cost of the parts and postage, then labour to get it fitted was more than the cost of a new unit. And they would only give a 3 month warranty on repairs, not the 12 months you get with a new unit ???
I bought a new unit from Olympic cleaning for £280.00

Not sure of the type of element in a heat & run but I get my Ninja Steammate cartridge one's from Watlow. They might be able to match one for you.

Thanks Dennis.I will look for a replacement element in the future,but ive purchased a new heat and run from olympic following Marks advice.The element is a 4 hour job says Grahem from olympic cleaning,but its good to know where you can get replacements at a realistic price.Stevie

prochem really seem to be falling short on aftersales recently... come on guys you've got a good product start looking after your customers.
