Form submission page

I'm getting loads of blank form sub pages from my website what does this mean?

Shaun so do i, webman says sent out by spammers to try and get info. No idea why  ??? some are filled with code.

Im not sure what your on about Shaun ,are you saying your getting 404 error pages ? Unless your talking about spammers hitting your contact page. If you need a contact page or a Quotation page with anti spam protection for your web site let me know, I know a guy who does it.

Sounds like a script problem unless your host has change server security set up. poorly written contact pages are so easy to amused , you should have some kind of security written into the script so it collects IPs and full details of sender and they have to be fill in full details before a message or quote is sent.
