My neighbour who has a bungalow has asked me to clean
Her gutters out.there`s just front and back,each gutter is
About 10 meters long.They are about half full mainly of
Sand off the Marley roof tiles.I do her windows every month
So I can`t charge too much.It will be a bucket,brush and trowel
Job,what price do you think I should charge her ? Thanks.

P.S.  With any other job,whats the normal `run o`the mill`rates
For gutter cleaning in the North of England ?

im cheap! for me its about £2 a metre on single story. But i do it on rainy days

But it depends how they want them cleaned? If its just getting rid of most of the contents then see above, but if they wants them brushed and rinsed after its a lot more.

Around 60' of guttering? If its just a quick job for your custy Lewis, and its only to clean the silt out, I would charge her for an hours work.

Use a trowel to loosen the silt and in your other hand have a hose pipe to swill it away, you will be supprised how fast this will be.
