why not next time price it, get some help from people on here on your own friends, supervise the job pay everyone when is signed off.
this way you start to build up your own contacts with this type of work and make some extra profit that you would not have. its not that hard i worked as a manager for contact cleaning firms for a long time and we use untrained people to do this type of work ll the time with someone that knows what they are doing running the job.
