HI Everybody,

I have had an enquiry from a large commercial customer of mine.

They have asked me to quote for a very big Carpet Cleaning Job, (Too big for me to handle on my own)

Area is: Newcastle Upon Tyne and would be yearly.

Is anybody interested in sub contracting.

I have to quote for this job tommorow and a possible start on Monday.

It looks like there regular contractor has droped them in it.

You could try and find one on The Spick and Span Directory just type the postcode in for where the clean is and see which carpet cleaners are close and contact them

why not next time price it, get some help from people on here on your own friends, supervise the job pay everyone when is signed off.

this way you start to build up your own contacts with this type of work and make some extra profit that you would not have. its not that hard i worked as a manager for contact cleaning firms for a long time and we use untrained people to do this type of work ll the time with someone that knows what they are doing running the job.

your never grow if you don't start taking on this type of job or responsibility. the big part for you will be having some extra secondhand machines, most time you can use low moisture on these job, so all you need is some buffers. and the cash to pay everyone when the jobs done.

you will find that many people will come and help you for some extra cash. as this type of work is done over the weekend.
