I am thinking of upgrading my T/M and do not know how to price it all, I have a 1999 Volkswagon Transporter 2500cc tdi SWB with a Hydramaster Boxxer 421 daul wand hose reel etc, all in good condition. Any thoughts on a price. martin

How many miles has the van done?

what condition is it in?

how old is the TM?

How many hours has it done?

has it been regularly serviced?

what does it come with ie 150 ft of hose, 2 jet wand, bare naked lady etc?

or why not just ask Mr.G  @HM

what are you planning to buy?

if you buy a new HM TM you get to go on a FREE jolly to Seattle at the moment!

with a shot in the dark I'd say knock £2k of the T/M for the first year you've had it Then £1500 for year 2-3 then £1000 for every year after that.

the van, get a S/H van price guide or look on the internet at parkers.co.uk

2. Good condition in white van man see my web site www.carpetmaster.biz.
3. I have all service history also has 2 new tyres. new battery on machine.
4. Set up with dual wands & twin containers for rinse etc. with submount tank, hoses, 2 jet wand, 2 bare ladys with full training, H/M sheaving. etc.

I think Lee Gundry buys 2nd hand TMs, Dave Ingram last year jokingly put his for sale on cleantalk and I think it was valued by Lee? at £6K which Dave thought was a fare price but it was only 12 months old.

Yes they do depreciate quick!

Best price would be to trade TM in and sell van private to get best return.
