Hi all,

Im considering using the Roymail Business Reply Service has anybody had any experience with this?

It looks Good,

I think this is how it works.

You print your own envelopes with the royal mail licence, your address and logo on.
You only pay for the reply's you receive for eg: your cheques from custys.

This saves wasted stamps thus saving money.

Does anybody use this service and do you get all of the envelopes back that custys have posted meaning does any go missing in the post?

It seems a good idea but the postage is more than standard. Also, there is a £73.00 yearly license fee.

Ive just looked at the prices and there actually half a pence cheaper than a normal stamp, not much i no but still cheaper. Probably would be worth it if  losing £73.00 a year.

             have been using it for years. The one I have is called a reducing account. You have to keep your account in a £40.00 positive balance. So when you reach say £20.00 you automatically get an invoice detailing  how your account is going, i.e how many envelopes you have had back. It beats going out collecting every night and especially the cost of car fuel. On the back of my envelopes I print this on them
              When returning your remittance HAVE YOU?
         1/ WRITTEN YOUR ADDRESS ON THE REVERSE OF       YOUR CHEQUE?
         2/ Returned the card with your cheque
         3/ Payment REQUIRED and much appreciated in 7 DAYS.
