pressure and varistream

hi all tryed my new system today when i was cleaning windows then turned of with flowvalve the went round to do backs turned back on the water with flow valve and water came out realy fast then slowed down is that normal cheers andy

It`s pressured up,the pump is not shutting off quick enough although sometimes after the initial setup it does calm down and stop doing this if it`s set right on the blue dial inside the box if it`s an old one.

ive got used to this, its just a build up of pressure bud, it has to build up some to switch pump off
