Good answer i've got that far already.  :D My pole sections are poking out making it a bugger to clamp the sections back up in the right place.

Ultimate end caps can be got at cleantech, there made from old car tyres and last longer than any pole will.Measure the diameter of the pole at the base and tell that to Mike at cleantech,he will send you the correct end cap for about a fiver. ;) ;)

We've just got some made for us especially for the SL-X.  I'll pop one in the post to you and give you an email.

Why thank you Alex, i couldn't see them on your site (it is getting rather large). My original one was drilled a bit too enthusiastically by the looks of it and barely covered the sections.

Alex,
Could you do the same for me as I have the same problem.

Also the metal screw end came out the other day. Just used araldite to stick it back in. Will this be sufficent to hold it?

My email address is robedwards241@hotmail.co.uk (can't change my profile?)

Thanks Rob

If you all email me on alex@agardiner.co.uk, I will make sure you get a new end cap as well.
