oil based paint of loading bay floor?

compant asked me to clean an oil based paint off a concrete floor by a skip where it was spilt, cold water and turbo would not budge it, i told the manager i will need chemicals as i dont have heat.  i scraped the worse off but its dried on, what can you recommend.  i spoke to roger oakley and he gave me good advice but i need the chemical right away for tuesday/

What about Nitromors paint remover, should be able to get it from any diy store.
