hi new to window cleaning
a customer has phone me he has french doors he has painted his fence in red paint with a sprayer
and the wind has blowed all over his windows and frames
any advice on cleaning them
 i tryed washing them with soappy water but no good

Will be no good on UPVC though surely?

use a scraper but make sure it is sharp and brand new with no nicks out of it and make sure the window is wet. NEVER scrap a dry window

For the windows use a scraper as ro sheen says. For the frames try graffiti remover, The one I use is from Halfords (The car place yes!). This stuff is ok on upvc (although I would test a small area first - Just to be sure!) Use a bit of that and one of those sponge scrapers that you can get for washing up from tescos etc. Use this wet to gently agitate the paint splashes. As long as you are careful you won't scratch the frames.

someone posted something on here a while back about using a scraper you should read it before using one especially if you havent used one before it is so easy to scrape the glass if you do it wrong

wet the windows, use a new blade. use only the blade dont lay it flat on glass, it is not that hard, but can make a mess if you do it wrong with scrathes.

get the blade on glass would say about a 45 degree angle keep window wet this will come off easy if it has just been done.
