GUTTER VACUUM OWNERS POLL
« on: June 13, 2008, 01:20:16 pm »
I am wondering what the best line of aproach is. To Buy a complete system either from Omnipole or Ionics ? ( but which is better?!! )

Build one myself and use Super-lite 2 sections or something similar?

Or buy my own Wet Dry vac and buy an Ionic/Omnipole pole?

Thanks for your help. Luke

Luke, yes was good to talk to you, it was a hour 15 mins  :o

The Vaccum Cleaner you have posted, isnt the same company I got my one from, however looking at the vaccum cleaner it is the same spec, so at that price if you do go DIY then get that one for sure

Not a bad spec machineand for £299+ vat delivered its a good price but bere in mind it is not as powerful as the Gardiners one, 600w less, but should still do the job for residential and some commercial jobs. but will probably strugle a bit to have enough for the really high, really nasty jobs. Remember a 3600Watt machine has 20% more power than a 3000watt one.

Can someone please put up a spec sheet of some kind to show the different wattage of the motors on these different machines?

Thanks.

ps, just motor wattage and price will do.

I think a bit more information than wattage is required the ebay ones motors are made in China the ones we use and also Gardeners are made in Italy.

If you buy one of the Chinese ones are spare motors available?

Ok, wattage/price/origin of motors would be great.  Any other comparable info welcome.
