My tds reading is normally 000.
Just checked with hand reading and its shot to 004.

Have 200gpd ro. normal reading is 003. I run this through a di alongside and then to tank at 000.

Does this mean the di is shot.

Do you think 004 is going to leave spotting?

Will be ordering new filters and di tomorrow.

probably your di shake it to keep you going also depends how much water has went through youf filters

I only check my TDS about once a week and a few weeks ago i checked the TDS of my water that i was using in the van and it read 0.37 its usually under 0.03

I had been clean windows with that for 2 days and so far not one person has rang up.

I will see the results in a few weeks when i go round and do them again.

I thought as the reading was high i would give my van a wash with it and to my surprise there were no marks left on the windows, I was expecting some spotting but nothing

mate you could go up to around 15ppm and windows would still be fine, not recomended or ideal but i surely wouldn't worry about it.
