One of my customers is in the property market, and he asked me to do two big houses that he's selling up in London.
Wondering if I would need to give a health and safety policy wording, risk assessment, and method statement?
I do have them all saved to my PC, it's a big big business that he runs, and I think it would be a good idea really.
It's just me btw, I don't have any employees.
