Bottom first?

Picked up some work today from another wfpoler. Customer wasn't happy with him - he couldn't do the window above the conservatory, missed out other windows and wait for it ...... cleaned the bottom windows first then the top ones  ??? strangely the bottom ones were always dirty.

(Just out to get flamed here LOL) :)

He probably has a harris pole and cant reach the one over the conny and was that fast doing the tops you didn't see him and only thought he'd done the bottoms and about the strange muck on them, that would be yesterdays as I cleaned them that quick yesterdays muck hadn't settled.LOL :)
