Whilst I was working in an office one of the girls was telling another that her w/c had gone round at 11.15pm to collect, when her boyfriend went down, as they were in bed he found him in the hall. The other girl who also had the same cleaner said he had also gone to her late to collect and asked her to pay a year in front. They were both under the impression he was desperate for money.
I don't think collecting at that time gives really a very good impression let alone asking for payment up front.

he would of been sacked on the spot if i was his customer and he did that to me must be mad who ever the cleaner is

never collect after 8.30pm just like no phone calls after 9 pm people need privacy

I agree, I only ever collected as late as 8ish... unless I'd prearranged to call later. He must have been desperate for cash!!
