Any pole of that height shouldn`t have a drop of fiber glass in it,regardless of it being a well built pole or not it`s heavy. If you work at that height on a regular basis buy a SL2.

You need a fibre glass base section for protection against electrocution.
You don`t honestly think a bit if fiber glass is going to save you do you,if it happens your holding a rod-pole full of water mate your be fried anyway. The law says it has to be fiber glass on the base section or H&S,it dosen`t say it will save your life cos the chances are it won`t.

I bought a 35 ft Hybrid at Windex from Window Cleaning Warehouse (Unger version).  For occasional work above 1st floor (maybe 2 or 3 times a day) it's ideal.  Far more rigid than the 33 ft X-tel glass pole I was using before, and feels lighter because it's easier to use.

Maybe if I had to use it all day I would have bought a carbon fibre pole, but with the price difference being several hundred pounds, I'm happy with what I've got ;D
