i have tried it but i have to say the pressure isnt great so i would like to know how people go about working a team of two from one pump??

you really need to be using something like a 6.8ltr min pump to get enough flow, not really ideal as when one person disconnects the other gets too much water.

Would I guess depend on the pump you are using, I know a guy runs 2 people off one pump some times three I kid you not.

when serving two poles from one pump flow is much more important than pressure - besides 100psi is the pressure the switch activates at - I could set a 60psi up to 100psi if I want, you want high flow for 2 poles, but better to use 2 pumps/varistreams

ok is that eassy, i have a brodex ecompaq so how would i fit another pump(my machine is di only)

You would need to either fit an elbow which is a no no or you would need to mount the pump at roughly the same height of the tank and run a hose from inside the tank lid to pump.A lot of aggro if you ask me,if your DI only just buy another tank with 2 outlets for pumps.

what e-compact do you have?  I know the e-650 comes with 2 pumps as standard.

Fit an elbow??? would that be at the tank outlet? I have a 1 inch tap on my tank outlet and a 3/4 tee connector dividing the water to 2 pumps  (one at 6.8l & the other at 7.6l) to both run simultaneously if need be.

What confused me is NWH said fitting an elbow is a no, no but better to run a hose from inside the lid to the pump. Surely that would be harder work for the pump. IMO it's better to have the pump situated as low to the floor of vehicle and same applies with hose to the pump and keeping it short, even if it means using a tee-connector from tank outlet to run 2 separate pumps.
