AA,RAC

point of intrest if your van is classed over 3ton most breakdown services will not cover you on the standard cover.

you need to tell them that your van is above 3 ton .

ps
this is also tax deductable

Look at Green Flag...

The one time I needed them they had a guy there within twenty minutes and I was back in business within the hour.

The AA with them for years and when I needed them.... wouldn't come out...the Police advised me to go to Green Flag as they said it was typical of the AA

RAC...my recent experience with them (Carpex)...they too let me down

Direct Line insurance & rescue. Have not needed them for the van but have used them 3 times with car. They have been fantastic. I think it's linked with Green Flag.

I’m with the RAC under their individual cover/persons named driver or not think it cost £108 per year

Hi mate

If you dont go far, as it is a van after all, sometimes knowing someone local is good I use a local Garage, over the year it works out cheaper as you will need them for this like mot and services etc so you should get a good deal and a good service.

Take care Gav

Still got the transit had it repaired but the thing is this van is paid for so i dont really want to start shelling out monthly payments for a van.

Green Flag use specialist garages in any particular area and don't have their own 'little green vans'

The Companies signed up with them have to respond within a given time after receiving the call...hence the prompt attention

Cheers

For those who use breakdown cover is it for the vehicle or personal cover or don’t you know what you were sold?
