Cheapest Vac motor? Where?
« on: April 29, 2008, 02:56:54 pm »
Well I took the advice from here and tried Woodbridge. And for a 7.2 inch 3 stage Lamb Ametek Vac motor you're looking at £195 plus VAT.  Ok I havent bought one for about 3years but that seems expensive to me. Think I'll stick with Craftex.

Hey Mark how did you find that item then. On their website theres no mention of a vac motor at that price.

I bought a couple of seven inch motors the back end of last year for a mate from woodbridge, they cost me about £95 each, mind you I do have an account with them, so it must make a difference with regard to discounts

Yep sorry chaps those cheap Vac motors were there. So whats the catch? They are really cheap. Are they going to last 4 yrs like the £150 motors i usually buy?
