I do about 300 per month so thats about 75 per week all shapes and sizes

It all can vary greatly depending on the building.  I work with my wife generally 5 to 6 hour days.  I have a job that is one building in the day but others where we get through 50+ a day so 25 each on a 5 hour day. 

If your employing though I wouldn't aim this high.  May be 15-20 small jobs a day.
