Go to B&Q and buy a Harris decorators pole. 5 meters, telescopic, aluminium and only £15.00.
I'v been using mine nearly 5 months now, a belting little pole and as light as they come. Dai
PS, I DO HAVE OTHER POLES IN THE VAN SO USE MINE FROM CHOICE.

advice to those who have the harris pole or anyone buying one, buy from gardiners the heat shrink pole sleeve, it acts as an insulator, and nice on the hands, i just found out alex sells this
heres a pic of the old version in the white collar now look at the new black collar,

i use the harris pole too but one thing ive noticed is sometime the last section sticks abit and when your knackered it just pes me of. there is another one with the holes all the way down and a pin that clicks in, thing is its only two small lengths, personally i think that would be even better than the harris one, its yellow btw.
