Thought I'd get your attention.I'm scrapping my old car and had a brainwave.Could I use the old car battery to power the wfp pump ?Not connected to van , recharged at night with powerpack ?Will it last a full day !? Or not like leisure battery !?
As far as I know it won't last long, car batteries are for maximum cranking power, and relatively low deep cycles. It will work, but I'm not sure if it's the best solution.
i got a 44 amp motorbike battery from the "recycling center" as i took my old leisure battery to dump it when i dropped it on my driveit was only meant to be a temp thing till i got a leisure battery, i still have it and it works all day
