Old Dog new Tricks
« on: December 30, 2004, 04:04:25 am »
Hi Everbody :)
Yes, I have some bad habits but need to change my ways. :o

What I did wrong :-[ is when I go to a Carpet Job, I dont pre-inspect it good enough, I miss something that I should have noticed and didnt bring it to the home owner attention. This may have been something small which I could have charged for or I have let the customer expectation down. :(

I will do better next year :) :)

What is your bad habit???

Sometimes the same as Dave.

I'm not cheap, but when you've known the customer  30+ years, you can end up doing too many favours.

I do not know how to spell it but I think I spend far to much time procrastinating

Ian,

I used to think that I was indecisive, but now I'm not so sure  ;D
