Bits in the pure water?

Just wondered if anyone has ever experienced 'bits' in the pure water?

TDS readings are 001ppm, but looks like some resin is escaping?

Its an Ionics Pro5 System, which is getting on a bit. Could the resin be escaping through perished insides?

just recently had this problem it was the cone inside the di vessell letting resin through took it apart and glued it back in place and all is fine
