WFP system in 2002 VW Caddy...with back seats?
« on: April 09, 2008, 02:55:58 pm »
Hi all.

Just wondered if anyone has used one of these VW Caddy's for pole system?  I'm about to kit one out, and wondered if anyone had any advice?

I'm going to keep the back seats in, but folded down for extra storage space, but want to bolt the tank down safely behind these.  I've measured up and a 350l flat would fit, or a 250l flat.

Many Thanks,

Jay

Was that a caddy with back seats though?

If so how did you find fitting it?

thats about the same space i have in the back of my VW T4 ( after i have put my rear seats in )

i carry 10 X 25 L drums and my cart, i measured it and a 400 L would fit in stood upright

Speak to Alex and he will get a custom tank built for you,it will go round the wheel arches. The tank would look something between a flat and an upright tank, you can choose where things go ie tank elbows etc,i got 1 coming soon.

just did this quick. a nice custom tank made round them arches, should be around 300 litres i reakon. it might work out mroe expensive but making the most of the space, and have it sloping back where the seat is
