Is there a Sign that I can get that will inform drivers that
they can drive over my hose.

Did one house yesterday and heard horns beeping, When I got to the front of the house I saw A woman in a car waiting to see if she could drive over my hose...

Its good to know when I make a line, People are afraid to cross it  ;D

Make a sign that says "Don't Drive Over The Hose" nobody takes notice of signs so they will drive straight over.
